You have a large driveway leading from the gate to the main entrance of the house where you have a small fish pond. You reach the house through a vestibule (with cupboards all along a wall) and double doors in windows that open onto a huge living-dining room with office space. There is a large open fireplace that gives a lot of style to this living space. From the living room you access a terrace with a panoramic view.
On the left you have a large fully equipped kitchen, with windows overlooking the terrace and the entrance. From this terrace overlooking the garden and mountains, you access the garden with plants such as lavender, rosemary, cactus barbarism, asparagus, gallanza, ivy, fennel and others.
From the living room and a beautiful stairwell that leads on the one hand to the basement and the other upstairs where are the 3 bedrooms. On the landing there is a bathroom for the guests.
The master bedroom has 2 large double windows that lead onto a private terrace. There is a large dressing room with solid wood cabinets and a spacious en-suite bathroom.
The second spacious bedroom overlooks 2 balconies with views of the mountains. There are also built-in solid wood cabinets and an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub.
The third bedroom with a balcony overlooking the sea also has solid wood cupboards and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
The 3 bedrooms have hardwood floors and are equipped with air conditioning units and central heating.
The stairs lead to a walkway that runs through part of the living room and takes you to an enormous terrace that covers the entire roof area of the house and guarantees the sun all day long.
In the basement, there is a very large garage with an electric door. There is space for at least two cars and there is a large living area with a large open fireplace. There is also a separate storage room that serves as a laundry and another room for the filtration system, the descaling filter and the central heating.
The pool is heated and covered and measures 15m x 3.5m. Next to the pool is a Jacuzzi in a closed glass area. Both are a short walk from the house.
The land is planted with 265 olive trees that produce about 2,000 kilos of olives. There is a water reservoir that is filled by a natural water source higher up in the mountains and serves to irrigate the garden on the one hand and the pool on the other. All this device was designed by the Mores in the 11th century. The land around the house has been fenced and is accessible by an electric gate.
