Casa Salina is our well appointed coastal based three bedroom house which is available for holiday and mid-term rental.
The property is located on the edge of the exclusive area of Cabo Roig which is a picturesque peninsular in the heart of Southern Costa Blanca. Situated just off ‘The Strip’ on the N332 coastal road at the Vistamar Development, Aguamarina. A secure community development featuring a generous shared pool.
A gate at the rear of the development will take you to the coast within a 2 minute walk where you will find a coastal path offering excellent viewpoints and with steps and paths down to the sea. The nearest sandy beach (Playa De La Regia) can be reached in 10 minutes, on foot via the local roads. or in a car within a 3 minute drive.
The house has a small secure driveway ideal to keep small children safe. Mini-markets, bars, restaurants and internet access are close by.There are many excellent golf courses a short drive away, namely Campoamar, Villamartin and Las Ramblas, further courses are also available along the coast.
The area has an abundance of bars, restaurants, different cuisine to suit all tastes.
