Prior to viewing a selected property

• We email you a selection of properties matching your requirements
• You select what you wish to view at your leisure
• You book your own flights to Alicante or Murcia airport
• Or we can arrange a three day viewing trip for you at around £200.00 per person
• We collect you from the airport and take you to your hotel or apartment
• We take you to view your selection of properties
• We show you local places of interests, seaside, golf, country villages, markets, local bars
• We introduce you to people already living here, if you wish

Ready to Buy

• We can arrange low rate mortgages
• We assist you to open a Spanish bank account
• We give you advice of methods of transferring funds from the UK to your new Spanish bank account.
• We conduct searches on every property we transact to ensure you will be buying a home free of debt with legal title deeds
• We guide you through the whole buying process from start to finish.
• We take you to a solicitor of your choice if you wish to appoint one, or we appoint one on your behalf
• We will accompany you to obtain a NIE number (necessary to purchase a property)
• We accompany you to the notary to sign deeds to your new home
• We provide a translator to translate your deeds
• Mission accomplish, you are now owners of a Spanish Home

After Sales Service

• We will accompany you to your new home
• We refund your travel expenses from your viewing trip
• We will arrange for all utility bills to be transferred to your name.
• We can offer help and information on schools, transport, buying a car and medical facilities
• We can help with the purchase of household goods and furniture

Letting Management Services
