This is a cozy first floor apartment on the Mediterranean Costa Blanca in Spain, in Cabo Cervera Beach, part of La Mata situated north of Torrevieja. magnificent views, Cabo Cervera is 4 km to the center of Torrevieja. There are buses outside the apartment with regular service for those who want the hustle and bustle of the lively town of Torrevieja. The area consists of various apartments which make up the coastal area of the north side of Torrevieja. There are bars, restaurants, a mini supermarket, sandy beaches, rock pool beaches. There are some small sandy beaches at Cabo Cervera, and the famous, wide sandy beach of La Mata is within walking distance. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessed by a wide staircase. From the living room you have a magnificent view of the sea, which is about 50 meters away. There is a small equipped kitchenette, one bathroom, a bedroom and sofa bed in the lounge. Below the apartment there is a municipal tennis court and a municipal swimming pool, the sea is a 2 minutes walk.

The apartment does not have a washing machine but there is a lauderette in the vacinity. There is no oven but there is a hob and a microwave
