Villa Conchita: This lovely villa is situated in the residential sector of Ciudad Quesada which is part of Rojales. Beaches are 7 kilometres away.This area does not suffer from traffic jams, and beaches in Guardamar are reached with ease within 15 minutes.
The villa is elevated and entry to glazed in veranda villa is via the 10 steps marble staircase. This leads you onto the comfortable lounge, open paln area with kitchen. The villa has two bedrooms, one with a double bed the other has two bunks. There is a sofa bed in the lounge which sleeps two.
The property has one bathroom with bath and shower with plentiful hot water, supplied from the water solar heating panels.
The veranda is ideal for relaxing with tapas and sangria whilst looking at lovely views over the Vega Baja towards santa Pola
For added security the property is alarmed as well as being fitted with security grills.There is Private off road parking at the side of the house.
